5 2- Past Simple Masa cleaned the room. The room was cleaned by Masa.
(singular) The room was cleaned by Masa. Masa cleaned the rooms. (plural) The rooms were cleaned by Masa.

6 Masa is cleaning the room.
3- Present Progressive Masa is cleaning the room. (singular) The room is being cleaned by Masa. Masa is cleaning the rooms. (plural) The rooms are being cleaned by Masa.

4- Past Progressive Masa was cleaning the room. (singular) The room was being cleaned by Masa. Masa was cleaning the rooms. (plural) The rooms were being cleaned by Masa.
