October December 7, 2018 Frontline feedback sessions Education Partner feedback sessions Resulting feedback sent to the PLT Secretariat as it is ready, with a deadline of December 10, 2018 Owner participation in education partner feedback sessions as time allows December 10-20, 2018 PLT Secretariat compiles feedback from all sources Compiled feedback returned to PLT by December 21, 2018 January 7-11, 2019 Owner-hosted virtual team meetings Project teams complete virtual sessions to review the compiled feedback PLT members are to implement frontline feedback sessions in their own organizations between Oct. 29 and Dec. 7 and provide the resulting feedback to the PLT Secretariat as they have it ready, and by Dec. 10 at the latest. Dates will be set for education partner (FSIN, MN-S, SSBA, STF, SASBO) feedback sessions to occur between Oct. 29 and Dec. 7, with owner participation in these sessions as time allows. PLT Secretariat will summarize feedback between Dec. 10 and Dec. 20 and provide compiled feedback to PLT by Dec. 21 PLT Secretariat will assist owners by working with them to establish virtual team meetings to take place the week of Jan. 7 – 11, to be hosted by owners to review feedback with their teams.

9 Proposed Feedback Process:
Template 2 Template 2 is more friendly for: Facilitated discussions where a note-taker is tracking the responses on the page; and, Sending out to your broader audience (i.e., school-based administrators, teachers, etc.) for completing and submitting. Either template or both can be used for your Frontline Feedback and for the Education Partner feedback sessions.
