Q: Can my student do sports / band and be in ACES
Q: Can my student do sports / band and be in ACES? Yes, but keep in mind that ACES has a demanding schedule so, like with all things, they will have to keep balanced. That being said – the best schools want smart AND athletic leaders. Q: I’m not sure my student can handle the AP load, do they have to take all the AP classes? The ACES sequence as 2 required AP classes: AP CSP and AP CSA. Other AP courses are optional. Consider that a top student has taken AP courses at graduation. Q: Can my student also do 4 years of language? Yes, the schedule is designed with this in mind. Keep in mind that students may take summer courses to fit more classes but this is not required.
