3. SYNOPSIS
This course covers the definition and formulation of law and policies in the context of social development. Implementation and impact of social policy as well as legal system’s responses to social policy will be discussed.

4. OBJECTIVES At the end of the course student will be able:
To explain the process of social policy and law making process; relationship between policy and law.
To describe implementation and effect of policy.
To analyse implementation and enforcement of laws that are significant to policies.
