Signatures in the PDF files signed using ProSigner are verified through Adobe reader While for other file formats recipients who do not have this software can verify the signatures using E-Lock reader, a free verification utility

8. Time Stamping
ProSigner Supports local and 3rd party time stamping for greater security. This is useful in the projects or processes where timing of signature is critical. 3rd party time stamping is used to ensure valid time is stamped from authentic third party time stamp server instead of local machine

9. Profiles & Policy
Profiles Users can configure and create Profiles for signing and encryption for quick operations Policy: Policies to implement enforcement of hierarchical signing of the documents, or force system profiles for achieving compliance

10. Encryption-Decryption
ProSigner supports Encryption-Decryption Files can be encrypted for specific recipients, using the public key of their digital cert or the pin based credential. Recipients of this encrypted files can decrypt using their digital certificate or credential.
Public keys can be fetched from active directory for user convenience

11. Create eSignature
eSignature option to create handwritten signatures using mouse or e-Pads and associate them with the digital certificate or digital credentials while signing

ProSigner is compatible with MS Sharepoint environment and can be used to sign the files from Sharepoint library
It is also compatible with the Remote environments like citrix
ProSigner can work with central credential server as well. It has an option to use the credentials from server imparting more security to the organizational environment
