View links like pages in a book instead of URLs on a page Combine uploaded PDFs and Word docs with links in one binder (need IE 8 or higher to upload Office docs, otherwise it creates a link) Go paperless and you can edit your links from anywhere! And best of all – it’s FREE!

6 For use at home – Livebinder It Tool Every time you find a link you want to save, instead of clicking on 'favorites' you can click on 'LiveBinder It' and save directly to an existing or new binder. (may conflict with NCWise so can’t install at school)

7 Here’s the My Shelves tab and dashboard – It’s your “homepage” when you sign in. The livebinder provided for you is a “how to guide” for learning the basics. Livebinders has an excellent Help section with FAQ’s, how to’s and tutorials. (Click mouse) Help is located at the top right portion of your screen beside the Login link.

9 Complete text boxes. Type in a Title and brief description
Complete text boxes. Type in a Title and brief description. Type in tags (key terms) separated by commas – used for searching. Select a category such as Education from the drop down menu. Select Public or Private. (can change at a later time) Access key (optional) You give to people when sharing a Private binder. You might want to use the school name or initials. Use Google to search – Yes – will fill in your tabs using Google and the your tags No – you create all the links for your binder Click Create New Binder and the magic begins!

In this example, Kathy Schrock’s website is the first tab. If you click on down arrow, you see the menu options for this tab. Add, Delete, Move left or right, Add new Subtab, open advanced tab menu.

11 When finished, click Save. Then click Back to My Shelves.

12 There are several ways to share a binder located under the Options menu

13 To the right Share This Binder appears - Click on this Binder and complete the boxes. Remember, if it’s a private binder you will need to include an Access Key.

Advanced users may want to embed on your Centricity 2 webpage. You will click on the embed link and follow the directions.

15 Under the Options menu select Collaborate

16 Collaborators must have a Livebinders account
Collaborators must have a Livebinders account. Enter addresses and use a comma to separate if there are multiple collaborators. Click Add. You may also use this to Remove Collaborators.
