4. Sending Test Scores
Make sure each college receives your test scores by the deadline.
To send your scores, log onto your College Board/ACT account
Each school will have an SAT/ACT Code. This is how you will send your scores to those schools.

5. Reminder
All application materials should be received by the deadline. You should check with each school to make sure they have everything they need to review your application.

6. Special Circumstances
Honors Programs
There is a separate application process for honors programs. Some honors applications are due with the admissions application, and some are not available until you have been accepted. If you are interested in this, be aware of the requirements.
Athletics
Register with NCAA
Complete prospective athlete forms on the college athletic websites
coaches to demonstrate interest
Portfolios
If you are interested in a visual arts major, you may be required to submit a portfolio with your application. Be aware of the requirements and deadlines.
Auditions
If you are interested in a performing arts major, you may be required to audition. Be aware of the audition dates and deadlines.

7. Merit Based Scholarships
Be aware of how each school considers your for merit based scholarships.
Most schools automatically consider you once you have submitted your application materials.
Some schools require an additional application. It may be due with your admissions application.
Some schools require the application by the Early Action deadline.

8. Senior Update Forms
I know that some of your college lists have changed, so please complete the Senior Update Form so that I know where you are applying and when and how.

9. Transcript Requests
I need a Transcript Request Form for each college you apply to. Each form is due at least two weeks before the deadline.
