It is a way to organize your and those who assist in producing the special event day of the special activity. You can also use it to communicate when the set-up of specialty areas such as locker rooms or dressing rooms should take place; show when to pick up checks for all those to be paid at the show. Think of it as a written plan of when and where aspects of your event should happen throughout the day. If you have a contract rider and / or had a event advance for your special event, the information from these areas will also contribute greatly to your event. Small special events that do not include complex support needs may only involve the event’s scheduler / Operations Manager, the Event Coordinator & possibly the caterer if the special event involves food Pre–Event Meeting: Larger special events that include heightened security & other complex event details will hold a pre- event meeting, bringing together the major stakeholders of the special event.
