Reset every 6 weeks
Rewarded at 10 (smelly sticker), 25 (Boxted Primary stationery), 50 Postcard home, 75 Pick a prize, 100 Extra play time or use of Wii
Dojo King and Queen of the week – certificate
Governor reviewed the system: ‘The reward system is still very desirable by the students. Children spoke enthusiastically about the rewards that are on offer. The lower rewards for the collection of Dojos was still motivating for students and therefore, based on their feedback, I suggest this is still very effective. Year 2 students were very well versed on the code of conduct. They could give examples of how they might receive Dojos within lessons.’
School Council feedback: we added a category on class dojo; got a Wii sorted!

What would your children love to work for,…towards? What is their biggest motivator? Do they feel valued? If not why not? Do our rewards value a ‘whole child’ not just an academic one? Do you feel rewards are fair and equitable?
