Equipment Authorized Minimum Quantity Authorized Quantity Per JROTC School Unit Program Computers 3 Laptops – Authorization quantity determined by formula: 1 per Instructor, 1 per classroom, + 1 per supply room = Total number of computers authorized – Schools with additional instructors and/or classrooms are authorized additional computers based on the formula above. Monitors See Note 1 Monitors – Authorization quantity determined by computers, 1 for each computer authorized per above Black & White Multi-Function Printer/Copier/Fax 1 per classroom assigned to JROTC MAXIMUM of 1 Color printer per program/remaining printers authorized are black/white COLOR MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER 1 MAXIMUM of 1 Color printer per program based on classrooms assigned, remaining printers authorized are black/white Digital Cameras 2 Per program 2 Digital cameras w/8 GB memory card – per program Projectors 1 Per classroom Projectors – 1 per classroom assigned to JROTC Projection Screens Projection Screen – 1 per classroom assigned to JROTC Flat Screen TVs Flat Screen TVs – 1 per classroom assigned to JROTC Classroom Performance System (CPS) 1 Set per classroom CPS Systems (Including pads 1–32 or 33–64) 1 set per classroom assigned to JROTC, larger classroom in excess of 32 students are authorized both sets of CPS response pads Portable Expansion Drive 1 per Instructor 1 portable expansion drive per JROTC Instructor

Dell Latitude E-5570 Laptops Dell Optiplex 5040 Mini-Tower Delivered to 3rd, 4th and 7th Brigades Requires update to WIN 10 – Contact your Brigade S6 Computers delivered in FY18 Dell Latitude E-5580 Laptops Dell Optiplex 5550 Desktops USACC will not provide support for any other computer makes / models – No longer meet Army hardware standards

Expire on 26 Aug 2018 Replaced by Army Enterprise accounts – established when CAC is issued EE accounts for JROTC Instructors all end with extension: Need Help setting up Enterprise Call or your Brigade S6 Instructors must update JCIMS with your EE address

Set-up and manage JROTC Instructor account permissions in JCIMS DISABLE your account if you do not complete the annual IA training and AUP Reactive your account once required training documents are provided Account help – Call or your brigade S6 DS Logon – Technical Support – select option “2”
