RTD - Ready-To-Dispense Dilution Control Chemical System using Quick Connect hookup at The College of William & Mary

The Ready to Dispense is the maintenance free dilution control system that is built right into the bottle. The Concentrated formulas and accurate dilutions deliver low end-user cost without the cost or maintenance of traditional dispensing systems, No investment in equipment and it is easy to use just Attach a hose and you're ready to dispense.

Components of RTD

Components of RTD - Ready-To-Dispense Dilution Control Chemical System using quick connect hookup The quick connect fitting for the faucet The solution hose with quick connect hookup. The RTD Chemical with a built in back flow preventer with 3 dilution settings. Note: The female part of the quick connects has a built in water check valve mechanism that prevents the back flow of chemicals into the water system, this is the secondary back flow preventer, the first been built right in the bottle itself.

Dispensing Chemicals Connect the bottle to the hose by using the quick connect hookup attached to the end of the hose. Connect the solution hose to the female part of the quick connect, by pulling up on the female part of the quick connect, and then insert the male part until it click into place. Using one of the 3 dilution settings on the bottle, turn it to the desired setting that you want to dispense( Spray bottle setting, mop bucket setting, or just water setting)

Disconnecting the System You will want to turn off the water source of by using the handle on the faucet. Disconnect the bottle from the solution hose using the quick connect hookup attached to the end of the hose. Disconnect the solution hose from the female part of the quick connect, by pulling up on the female part of the quick connect, and then pull the male part away. Place the solution hose on the shelve. There you have it,
