What is your personality?
What type of person am I? 1. How we interact with the world we live and where we direct our energy (Extraversion/ Introversion) 2. The kind of information we naturally notice (Sensing/ Intuition) 3. How we make decisions (Thinking/ Feeling) 4. Whether we prefer to live in a more structured way (Judging- making decisions) or in a more spontaneous way (Perceiving- taking in information).

Extrovert/ Introvert Most people think that extrovert means “talkative and introvert means “shy”. Extroverts focus their attention and energy on the world outside themselves. Seek out others, center of attention and are approachable. Act first, think/reflect later. 75% of people are extroverts. Barack Obama, Pablo Picasso, Jim Carey, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Will Smith, Nicki Minaj Introverts like to spend time alone and try to understand the world before they experience it. They prefer to get to know people slowly. Think/reflect first, then act. 25% of people are introverts. Lady Gaga, Elton John, Amy Schumer, Michael Jordan, Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg.

Sensing/ Intuition Some people focus on “what is” while others focus on “what could be.” We all use both senses in daily life! Sensors concentrate on what can be seen, heard, touch, smelled, feel or tasted. They trust their five senses and personal experience. Mentally they live in the now and use common sense. 75% of people are sensing. Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Jack Nicholson, Elvis Presley, Kanye West Intuitives naturally read between the lines and look for meaning in all things. Intuitives are oriented toward the future and tend to anticipate events. They will look at a situation and want to know what it means and what the consequences might be. 25% of people are intuitive. Thinking/ Feeling The way in which we make decisions and come to conclusions. Thinkers prefer decisions that make sense logically. They make decisions by analyzing, weighing evidence and data. They make decisions with their head. Accept conflict as a natural, normal part of relationships with people. 50% of people are thinking. Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates Feelers make decisions based on how much they care or what they feel is right. They pride themselves on their ability to be empathetic and compassionate. Unsettled by conflict, have almost a toxic reaction to disharmony. Judging/ Perceiving Do we prefer to live in a more structured way or in a spontaneous way? Judgers tend to live in an orderly way. They are happiest when their lives are structured and matters are settled. Work best and avoid stress when keep ahead of deadlines. 50% of people are judging. Dave Letterman, Peyton Manning, Sean Connery, Warren Buffet, George Clooney Perceivers like to live in a more spontaneous way and are happiest when their lives are flexible. Perceivers seek to understand life. They like to multitask, plan on the go and naturally tolerant of time pressure; work best close to deadlines. 50% of people are perceivers.
