What type of person am I?
1. How we interact with the world we live and where we direct our energy (Extraversion/ Introversion)
2. The kind of information we naturally notice (Sensing/ Intuition)
3. How we make decisions (Thinking/ Feeling)
4. Whether we prefer to live in a more structured way (Judging- making decisions) or in a more spontaneous way (Perceiving- taking in information).

5. Extrovert/ Introvert
Most people think that extrovert means “talkative and introvert means “shy”.
Extroverts focus their attention and energy on the world outside themselves. Seek out others, center of attention and are approachable. Act first, think/reflect later.

Some people focus on “what is” while others focus on “what could be.” We all use both senses in daily life!
