PLEASE NOTE THAT TRIDION(SKF.COM PLATFORM) DOES NOT ALLOW MORE THEN ONE FILE PER PUBLICATION LANGUAGE AND FOR THAT REASON AUTOMATIC PUBLISHING WILL NOT WORK IN CASE YOU NEED TO PUBLISH TO .COM IN THAT CASE YOU MUST ADD YOUR FILES TO DEFAULT PUBLISH PROFILE

Workspace member has global access rights to your workspace
User rights are inherited top down
To prevent a workspace member from accessing certain folders, set determined folder permissions in the same way
Only content manager can assign publish permission
For members to publish, they must contact GWM support for folder permission

Select tab “Publish” to setup your publishing profile
Default publish and unpublish profile are available and can not be removed

Default profile allows selection of publish destination and is the manual type of publishing profile
If user has publishing permission to that folder he/she will be able to publish otherwise they must contact

Select folder Publish destination in MM Library, publish permission is required
Publish method Manual – Manual publish Auto – auto publish every 10 minutes
Publish channel skf.com logic does not allow that channel for auto publish but must be published from default profile
