8. Trinity Health Corporate Travel Program
As of May 1, 2012 – Trinity Health mandated the use of the corporate travel program for all business travel; air, hotel and/or car rental. Travel must be made through the designated corporate travel vendor in order to receive reimbursement of their travel expenses.
Expense reimbursement related to travel can be found in the Trinity Health Travel and Other Business Expenses Procedure. The most recent version was approved by ELT in July Those updates are effective October 1, 2016.

9. Other Benefits Available with Travel Program
Meetings
All meeting contracts requiring hotel room blocks are reviewed by System Office Corporate Travel before signature and are to utilize the Trinity Health approved registration management tool. This is to ensure the most savings and the best deals with all meeting package agreements.
Hotels
Trinity Health has negotiated a preferred hotel network throughout the U.S. local to our hospitals and other facilities. These rates are loaded and clearly identified within the online booking tool.
Cars
Enterprise/National offers Trinity Health travelers deeply discounted rates also found within the online booking tool.
Leisure Travel
All discounted rates are available to travelers for personal use, however personal travel should never be reserved within the corporate online booking tool.
Air discounted rates are available through a corporate travel counselor
Hotel discounted rates can be requested at the hotel when making the reservation

10. Colleague Safety and Work Related Injury / Illness
If you are injured at work:
Notify your manager
If the injury is life threatening should be called. All other inquiries needing immediate medical care, contact the HRSC at
Complete an incident report through our TH Work-Related Incident Reporting system which can be found in your Zenworks Application window
Contact the IT Service Now if you do not have access to or are unable to see a the TH Work-Related Incident Reporting icon in your applications window
Once submitted, it will go to the HRSC and a representative will then follow-up with you
Colleagues may be eligible for wage loss benefits & reasonable medical care coverage in the event of a work-related injury or illness
If you see unsafe working conditions which may lead to potential injury/illness:
Notify your manager and submit a work order to Facilities via their online submission form

11. Kronos - Time and Attendance
Trinity Health utilizes Kronos as its timekeeping system.
You’ll use this system to record your time and request time off.

12. HealthStream – Learning Management System
New colleagues logging for the first time will need to know their employee ID number. This number can be found in Workday. User ID and Password will be the same. On the right side is where new hires will select which location they are working at.
