VR’s 1-6, VR 8 Certification Due Date – January 7, 2019 NYSED Certification and Due Dates At-A-Glance See Handout #1: NYSED Certification and Due Dates At-A-Glance for the School Year Uses October Snapshot Data - Students enrolled and with program services/IEP in effect on BEDS day 10/3/18 VR 7 and VR 9 are Provider reports, which do NOT use data from the October Snapshot, however do populate from SIRS data, and need to be reviewed. As you upload your TOD extract, you may run into enrollment errors; remember: ‘Summer Enrollments’ are needed for all classified CPSE students, regardless of ESY services. CPSE Students who have not be Declassified before July 1, are still considered a ‘preschooler with a disability’ until they reach ‘school-age’. 27 NYSITELL M.A.A.R.S. High Level Process
MAARS will load NYSITELL results to L1, on the last Wednesday of each month, for all schools. NYSED is not providing the conversion charts for NYSITELL exams.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact Brenda Fagan at or

Attachment: “ CBT-NYSAA-Data-Pull-Load-Dates(MAARS).pdf” (review as there are important points to remember as you work with student data in Educator portal as well as keeping Level 0 up-to-date) October 25th and November 29th (by noon) are the two data due dates for Level 0 NYSAA program service codes needing to be up-to-date. Also Refer to Section “ NYSAA CBT-Important Dates to Remember” that will link you to the CBTsupport post listing “Dates to Remember” overall dates/deadlines to keep in mind.
