2. What are Vivo Rewards?
Vivo Rewards are the new way to be rewarded as you progress through your school life
Teachers will award you with electronic points called Vivos – the new student currency
You can then spend your Vivos on an exciting range of products on the Vivomiles.com website
You will be given a personalised Vivo card, very much like a bank card. Please copy and keep your personal details securely at home
You can check how many Vivos you have been awarded by logging on to your account through the vivomiles.com website or by using the Vivo app on your smart phone – simply download this for free off your app store (Not to be used in school)

3. How to earn Vivos And you can spend them on . . .
Your teachers will reward you for things such as, working hard, doing the
right thing and positively contributing to school
And you can spend them on . . .
Top-up credit and high-street gift vouchers
Jewellery and watches
Itunes
Sports equipment
School and stationery products
Computer games and electronic gadgets
Break snacks
Lunchtime meal deal
Donate to charities of your choice
AND LOTS MORE – the prizes will constantly be updated!

4. How to start using Vivo Miles
The next few slides will take you through how to use the system, specifically how to:
Log-on
Check how many Vivos you have been awarded, by which teacher and for what
How to purchase a product from the Vivo Shop

5. How to log-on to your Vivo account
Go to
Enter your username, password and domain as indicated on your Welcome Letter
Click on the login button
When logging-on for the first time, you will be prompted to enter an address so we can send you a reminder with your details if you forget your login details
Remember to change your password to something more memorable and keep it safe!

7. Viewing your Rewards
To view a full list of the rewards that have been credited to your account, click on the Transaction History tab on your homepage.
You will be able to check which teachers have awarded you how many Vivos for what on which day.
Any shop purchases and charity donations will appear as a debit on your statement.
Click on the Transaction History to see what you have been rewarded for

8. Purchasing a product from the Vivo Shop
Step 1. Click on Go Shopping
Step 2. Find the item you wish to purchase and click on the Buy now! button. If you don’t have enough Vivos, you can add the item to your wish list.
Step 3. You will be asked to enter your card number as well as random letters of your Vivo password, just like a normal online payment.
All orders can take up 10 working days to arrive at your school

9. Brookfield Vivo Reward Tariff You will be issued with a Brookfield Vivo Reward tariff sticker to stick on the front of your planner.

10. Top Tips
If you save up your Vivo points, you can purchase more valuable items!
Don’t forget to enter your mobile phone number when you first log in so that Vivo can SMS you with information about your account.
If you do not spend all your Vivo points by the end of the school year do not worry because they carry over to the following year. This will continue until the end of Y11!

11. Where will I get my purchases from?
The lower priced items will be delivered to school reception and distributed to you. You will be issued with a slip in morning registration to inform you when your items arrive. You must not use lesson time to collect your gifts
For some larger and more expensive items, you will be given a code to take to ARGOS to exchange for your gift.
