3 months old ulcer on day 1 of SkinTemp II treatment
Previous treatment
Debridement followed by moist wound care by wound expert using a super absorbant dressing in combination with an antiseptic
Wound existed already more than 3 months
Treatment protocol using SkinTemp II
Debridement on the first day of treatment
SkinTemp II in combination with an antiseptic
Dry use (no moistening) with nylon mesh (not removed)
Change of dressing: twice a week
Absorbent dressing as secondary bandage
Outcome
Complete healing of leg ulcer after 10 weeks of treatment with SkinTemp II dressing in combination with an antiseptic
