The Vision/The Mission
The goal of People United is to provide high quality and confidential counseling and therapy. Here at People United we believe in what we call “The 3 C’s” being Concise, Caring and Confidential. We treat our clients with the up most respect and care. People United is here to serve all people from all walks of life.

Who We Are. Here at People United we are made of a team of 4-10 therapists and counselors lead by CEO: Manuel Smith We act as a Limited partnership business. We have special divisions and teams of counselors led by nothing but the best.

What We Do. Provide comprehensive therapy and counseling for a wide array of people and situations. We provide marriage counseling, child therapy, adult therapy and pro bono therapy. We have a determined and dedicated team of counselors and therapists who are driven to helping people of all kind.

Payment We give our clients the ability to sign up for individual appointments or sign up for set appointments monthly The cost of sessions are covered by most major health insurance providers. Base prices are 150$ (per hour session) for individual adult therapy. 200$ (per hour session) for couples adult therapy. 50$ (per hour session) for individual child therapy. We take Pro Bono sessions on a case by case basis in term

Description of Competition
Potential Competition Kavalier & Associates Core PT Iowa What we have over them. We are extremely confidential with our clients unless the client is a danger to themselves or others. We are less expensive, covered by insurance and we take on pro bono cases.

Description of Our Average Clientele
Marriage Counseling We take on approximately 20 couples for counseling yearly . Children's Therapy This year alone we had 30 consistent child cases as of last year.

Average Clients Cont. Pro Bono Therapy Singular Adult Therapy
We have taken on up to 50 Pro Bono cases this yearly. The majority of those clients had been former drug addicts, ex-felons and people who are simply impoverished and have a low socioeconomic status. We have saved our clients up to 10,000$ in fees due to the simple fact that our therapists and councilors care and the business in general all want to make a difference in the lives of the people that need it regardless of the cost. Singular Adult Therapy Over this past month we have gained about 20 consistent clients yearly. The age range for adult therapy is around Years.

Vanessa Hunter, mother of 5 year old who is struggling with social anxiety said this about our child therapy program “People’s United’ child therapy has helped my 5 year old get over his social anxiety and has helped him learn how to feel like the out going kid that I know he is.” Bill Hartwell, an ex prisoner recently put on probation had this to say about our Pro Bono therapy “It helped me cope with life outside of prison and it managed to save me money that I just didn’t have at the moment.”
