2. Risks we are looking to mitigate via our first prototype:
Learning curve for coding in Android
Knowing about Google Map APIs
Integrating Google Map APIs to our application.
Retrieving JSON data from the server
Displaying the data obtained form the server

3. Our process in mitigating risks
Installed required software that are needed to build the complete application.
Started developing basic applications on android.
Implemented a simple google map activity, that can be extended to implement the features of the application.
Get some data from server and display it in an activity.
