Draw a picture to answer the following: if you were on the Moon, the Earth would:
Show phases the same as the Moon (when the Earth sees a full Moon, the Moon sees a full Earth). Show phases opposite to the Moon’s (when the Earth sees a full Moon, the Moon sees a new Earth). Show no phases.

What causes the seasons?
In summer, all of the Earth is closer to the Sun. In summer the tilt of the Earth’s axis makes the part of the Earth we are on closer to the Sun. In summer the Sun is up for more hours. In summer the Sun climbs higher in the sky so its rays hit the ground more directly. 2 and 3 3 and 4
