1. Koh Ngai Private Beach

2. A secluded, private beach at the southern edge of the beautiful Koh Ngai island, Koh Lanta. With fine white sand, crystal clear water, exotic fishes and coral easily seen beneath the ocean, this is picture postcard stuff. The beach is 70 rai or 112,000 m2 with approximately 200 m of direct, pristine and private beach front. Due to there being no roads or cars on the island access is from the water.

5. Electricity is supplied to Koh Ngai 24 hours a day via diesel generators on the island. For water supply to this plot a deep water well would need to be drilled. The plot holds the land title Nor Sor 3 Gor (NSSG), which is perfectly acceptable and legal for residential and commercial purposes.

8. Koh Ngai is an almost untouched gem of an island which has yet to see the introduction of tourism in any way detrimental to this amazing tropical island. It is only a 20 minute speed boat ride from Pakmeng port in Trang province. The Koh Ngai private beach land would ideally suit an upscale resort, as the private beach is exactly that. Due to the topography of the surrounding land, this 70 rai plot would be very much sheltered from prying eyes.
