2 Tetrahedra made from standard letter-size envelopes.
(Thanks to George Thornton, who taught this at NWMI)

3 Put four together to form a larger tetrahedron.

4 Put four more together to form an even larger tetrahedron.

5 Take a moment to be really goofy.

6 Put four of the last set together to form an even larger tetrahedron.

7 …do it again.

8 …and again (with a LOT of teamwork).

9 And we finally finished!

10 Tada! (By the way, this culminated a unit on sequences and series.)
