Direct Trading was established, in year 2000, by a group of shareholders to exploit an identified market opportunity. Both Managing Directors had worked for leading multinationals. They identified that most multinationals standardised globally on leading hardware and software products and therefore required Information Technology (IT) products and services to a high international standard in Egypt.
The original business concept was based on providing leading global branded hardware and software packaged with high quality local support and services at reasonable cost to the corporate market in Egypt.
Direct Trading has built a close working relationship with its main partner, has developed a strong blue-chip customer base, and has a reputation within its customer base for excellent quality and service. The organisation now has 10+ highly skilled technical professionals.
