1. Open Forum Protocol The Open Forum period is limited to 30 minutes
If you want to address the Board, please adhere to the following:
Complete “pink card” and pass to assistant
Address the Board from the microphone provided
Only one person speaks at a time
Limit your discussion to allow others to speak (2-3 min)
Stay on the subject at hand
 Keep your comments to current business
If you have more to say, please put your comments and/or
questions in writing. It is possible that during the Open Forum, your questions and/or concerns may not be answered by the Board. The Board will respond to you in writing within 2 weeks.
