2. Natural Frequency
When objects are allowed to vibrate freely, they generally do so at the specific frequency called natural frequency. It is determined by the physical properties of the object.

3. Resonance
Definition: transfer of the energy of vibration from one object to another having the same natural frequency.

4. How are resonance and standing waves related?
They are related when two objects with identical natural frequency transfer energy to each other by moving towards opposite directions.
