2 CONSORTIUM PROFILE The Inland Bharti Skills Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between Inland World Logistics, Bal Bharti Academy and Sakura International Japanese Academy. With a turnover of approx. 385 million USD and presence across 137 locations in India, we have more than 1000 team members and putting in hard work and laying the foundation of success everyday. We have been partnered and supported by ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India),United Nation of Millennium Development Goals, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Ministry of Textiles, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Ministry of Labour and Employment etc. to conclude various projects in India. We are affiliated with the “Skill Council of Construction” and have set-up construction training centers in Delhi, Gorakhpur and Mumbai to train the candidates in construction sector with our associates where we have successfully placed more than candidates across middle eastern countries. We have presence in Japan, Sakura International Japanese Academy located at 1-214 Honmachi, Kumagaya-shi, Saitama training skilled workers for countries like China, Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal, etc. duly licensed by Ministry of Justice, Education and Immigration, separately.

3 VISION Our vision is to have quality employment exchange that strengthens the ties between Japan and India.

4 MISSION Our mission is to support the economically weaker segments to further their skills and empower them socially so as to participate in shaping the global economy.

5 OUR ROLE Mobilizing, selecting and acquiring advanced technical/cultural skills for Indian youth who can work with companies of Japan. Work in partnership with Japanese companies providing them support and services of Trained Manpower from India. Train and educate Indian skilled youth in Japanese language, their work ethics, culture and social etiquettes before sending them to Japan under this program. To provide handholding to candidates who start working under TITP in Japan.

6 We are approved by JITCO (Japan International Training Cooperation Organization) MSDE (Ministry Of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship) and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).

7 INDO-JAPANESE TITP MOC
The MOC was signed between JITCO & MSDE. It was signed by Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan on behalf of the Hon’ble Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India with Mr. Katsunobu Kato, Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan in a solemn ceremony at the Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare in Tokyo, Japan on October 17, 2017. MSDE is the governing body of TITP in India . NSDC has been appointed by MSDE as the implementing and monitoring agency in India for overseeing the execution of TITP through sending organizations.

8 India’s skill contribution to the world
Every year a number of people from India go abroad for overseas employment purposes. These are Afghanistan, Bahrain, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Japan, Oman, Qatar, etc. About 0.02% i.e. 22,335 of total Indian population resides in Japan. India’s population living abroad is the largest in the world with 1.6 crore (16million) people living outside the country for job purpose in 2015. Nearly 7.5 lakh Indian workers migrated in 2012.

9 INDIA’S STRENGTH Potential of India’s youth
India today is looked upon by the world as one of the youngest countries of the world. Maximum of India’s population consists of the youngsters (between 20 to 30 years of age),or as we call them –OUR YOUNG BRIGADE We are capable of transforming a part of this young population to skill themselves for benefiting India, Japan and the rest of the World.

10 JAPAN REQUIREMENT India will be sending as many skilled trainees to Japan as required for on-the-job training under 77 categories provided by JITCO (Japan International Training Cooperation Organization)

13 Commitment We work with integrity , honesty and with high value system to build long term relationships between India & Japan. Our aim is to help the youth to acquire required skill set & knowledge and in turn work hard to benefit the Japanese and Indian economy. To train & assist trainees as per the work & social requirement of Japan to ensure best outcome of the project. To strengthen the bond of friendship & co-operation between India & Japan.

14 Why Us We are based in New Delhi, the capital of India with 6 centers within the city and approx. 20 centers across the other cities of India. We have 48 years old legacy as an organization with 8 years of experience in the field of education, skilling and international/national employment. We have turnover of approx. 355 million USD with more than 1000 team members across the nation. We are also backed by one of the largest social organization of the country in the field of underprivileged skill training and employment. We already have established presence in Japan and have already trained & placed more than 80 candidates for Japanese language and culture in India. Our promoters include Former Co-Chairman of National Council of Education, HRD and Employment of ASSOCHAM (Association Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India) who is leading the implementation of this project as Director.
