3. Principal Updates
Nothing new at this time. Will meet with Racasi end of July/beginning of August to review our Turf project and other items.

4. Statement of Operations May 2018
June 2018: T-shirt income and expense are both recorded within cost of fundraising as the intent is break even. T-shirt income was received before payment on t-shirts was due, creating a net positive cash impact in cost of fundraising for the month of June

5. Projects and Procurement
Technology:
ChromebooksWorking with CDW on the purchase of ~200 chromebooks to be deliverd before school starts.CPS and CDW are meeting to determine any revisions to the specs and pricing.  This might even be finalized today as they said they are close.
Turf:
Reaching out to vendors that quoted it back in 2016
Looking to do all areas that touch the modular building
Should we also get tree grates for the trees in this area?

8. Fundraising Michelle Maher to present on Block Party/Budget Approval

Luanne: Discuss some alternative ways we could get donations from neighborhood folks. Call with a non-profit consultant tomorrow to discuss if a non-profit can do Venmo, Chase Quick Pay, Paypal, etc.
