3. Attention Students! 
Please remember that all students should be in their Swope Uniform throughout the day.  This consists of solid color pants, shorts or skirts and UNALTERED Polo. 
If you cut the bottom of your polo or team shirt off, you will be asked to change into a different polo in the SAC. 
Thank you!

4. For all students who love books
Blind Date with a book has started!!
Come to the library and check out a brown paper bagged book from the display. Read it, rate your date and return the book. 
Check out a new book as often as you like.
Turn the rate sheets in to Ms. Lester to be entered into a raffle to win a gift card to Barnes and Noble.
The contest ends February 28th.

5. Don’t forget to buy a candy gram this valentines day season for a friend or valentine.
The candy grams are for sale now till February 13th during both lunches for a dollar.
So don’t forget to stop on by and get a candy gram at your lunch today!

6. Attention 8th grade students going to Reno High
Honors/AP information night is coming
Wednesday February 20th at 6 PM in the Reno High School Library
There will be a brief presentation and additional information regarding all Honors and AP classes for English, Math, Science and Social Studies

7. All students are invited to come and play chess on: Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 PM till 3:30 PM starting February 19th
This is an exciting & wonderful Afterschool program that everyone may join with no try-outs.
Chess Club Dates: FEBRUARY 19 till March 14

We still have a about 100 yearbooks left available for pre-sale
Order forms are available in the office or see Ms. Nissen in E-4
Also, we have about 15 yearbooks from last year still available for sale to anyone interested the cost is $20.00 per book while supplies last
