A Call for Innovation from Graduate Education
Employers and graduate schools aim to narrow the gap between workforce needs and graduate training. The call for enhanced professional development is a high priority. Preparation is too narrowly focused on academic research skills. There is a need for broader professional development for trainees in STEM fields.

Augments professional development across the curriculum. One-stop-shop for training opportunities across Clemson sites. Supports shorter time-to-degree completion rates. Training can be tailored, leading to more focused trainees. Helps to develop more confident, competent and competitive graduates.
