11 What could be helpful for the process of shaping vision? Evidence synthesis reports on the benefits in terms of e.g. student achievements, return on investments Strategy based on evidence, multidisciplinary approach, comprehensiveness and extensive discussions. Research on students needs. Transparency and openness about good practices but also about failures. Examples of successful pedagogy driven, technology enhanced innovations.
