no matter what we have done… (40:6-8)
so that we can be His witnesses to the world (40:9-11)

Is God able to restore us?
God is immense (40:12)
God is omniscient (40:13-14)
God is incomparable (40:15-18)
God is transcendent Sovereign (40:21-24)
God is Creator (40:25-26)
