8. Troubleshooting
Clients are only allowed to do troubleshooting from the external of the unit by looking for LCD Panel as well as listening to audible alarms i.e. sounding every seconds that indicates low battery at battery mode in which resolution is to immediately plugged the input power cord to a live wall outlet
Everything concerning problems in the inside of the UPS should be reported/coordinated immediately to the supplier for processing and repair.
