QA Supervisor - Supporting research, data analysis, program data collection and policy development to measure program performance and inform ongoing program delivery.
QA Specialist – supporting ongoing program areas to assist in implementing evaluation framework, data collection processes and reporting methods for program performance evaluation, program planning and ongoing quality improvement.
QA Specialist: Jordan’s Principle – lead resource for Child First Task Force to provide coordination, technical support and full development of a full implementation report with recommendations supporting the full implementation of Jordan’s Principle spanning all community programs, services, infrastructure and organizational units.
Community Engagement Coordinator - Facilitating , promoting and reporting on community engagement processes to ensure the weakest and most vulnerable voice of the community are heard. Providing overarching communications strategies and activities that improve awareness and accessibility of available programs, services and resources. Provides ongoing program and activity reporting through QA as to program outcomes and analysis.
Jordan’s Principle Case Manager(s) – individual client intake, service navigation, service gap documentation, coordination of solutions for FN children to achieve substantive equality under the full meaning and scope of Jordan’s Principle. Provides ongoing reporting and identification of service gaps, solutions and recommendations through QA reporting and program outcomes and analysis.
Family Wellbeing Supervisor – coordinating child and family outreach, wellness planning, and prevention services. Ensuring support and resources are delivered in the volume and intensity necessary for children, primary caregivers and circle of care members to fully participate in their own wellness.
Clinical and Therapeutic Services Coordinator – planning and coordination of community-based services meeting the medical, clinical and therapeutic service needs of community members. Collaborating locally and regionally to implement education, training, internships and placements necessary to support increased local capacity and decreased reliance on external services.
Band Representative Services
Additional support staff to assist in providing advocacy and support to families engaged with child protection services and court processes. Supporting and participating in investigations, alternative dispute resolution, family case conferencing, alternative and customary care plans.
Provides ongoing reporting and identification of service gaps, solutions and recommendations through QA reporting and program outcomes and analysis.
Critical oversight and guidance for Jordan’s Principle community review. Monthly progress reports to Chief and Council.
