Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. Milwaukee-area sites share resources and work together as a single department since 1997 “System” department since 2008 Aurora pharmacy residency programs historically based at the Milwaukee-area hospitals and clinics; expanded to Green Bay in 2012 Aurora Pharmacy Inc. added in 2013 (retail/community) Advocate Aurora Health merger finalized April 2018

Starting our 25th year of resident training! First PGY1 Pharmacy resident in class of : 1 resident at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center (ASLMC) Now: 200+ graduates across all programs Continued evolution: increased number of positions, specialties, and rotations offered each year Previous residents Many employed within Aurora Health Care: 25+ Aurora residency graduates practice at ASLMC alone PGY2 spots consistently early-committed

HSPA Core Foundation Successful leadership of today’s integrated health systems requires application of clinical knowledge with administrative skills PGY1 year: Develop a solid clinical core by working alongside clinical pharmacists and coordinators PGY2 year: Administrative skills are built upon clinical foundation Extension of pharmacy leadership team Graduates earn a residency certificate for successful completion of each year of the program
