The Objective Briars Rugby Union Club is in need both Pre- Season and in- Seasonal Fitness Training. Ensure your players are in peak condition, enabling them to perform to their highest potential in next seasons competition. To making Briars a formidable force and the envy of the competition, with the sheer explosive power, strength and fitness, the players exhibit on the field. In 2006 Briars brought home 2 Grand Finals in both the 1st and 2nd grade competitions. Give them the best chance of bringing home the 2010 Grand Finals, which both the players and your club deserve.

Statistics Briars was promoted to the 2nd Division competition in Between 2007 & 2009 the Briars 1st Grade Team won 54% of all games played as against 75% of all games played between 2004 & 2006. In the 2009 Barraclough Cup competition Briars 1st grade team averaged 21.8 points per game, the Barker Old Boys averaged 24.4. Research shows that December and January is when the Rugby Union players should perform muscle mass development. The lack of off-season conditioning and poor pre & in season training habits also make a training plan difficult to formulate
