Do you think your club is good at fan engagement?
68% YES 32% NO This question attracted a lot of comments! Generally suggesting the Club is getting better at engaging fans but always room for improvement Trust provides a good vehicle for improving fans engagement Just a case of telling the fans more of what's happening within the club - improve frequency, timing and quality of the communications Thistle board is good at a one-way, stage-managed level of fan interaction. That's significantly different from engagement. The club is good at informing fans of decisions made but room for improvement re fans being involved in decision making Jagzone generally well received but others say content should be open to all and not behind a pay-wall

Results of Fans’ Survey
Attendance at matches Target special groups, such as students, asylum seekers/refugees etc might bring short-term rewards, but the only way to guarantee increased crowds is a winning team on the park more themed days (eg Women’s Day) price initiatives/bring a friend half price more advertising on radio/press work with schools/FE/HE Increase kids go free promotion/ concessions for unemployed Match day experience - Areas for improvement: catering at kiosks (improve service and range); Aitken suite (same)/vegetarian etc hot water in concourse toilets/water dispensers in stands Club merchandise – poor range and quality. More leisure wear choice would be welcome and an income generator Smoking areas at half-time? TVs in concourse Fans want to offer more ideas!
