2. Go to AWORK on Browser.
Type in “ awork” and hit enter.

3. Login to AWORK
To login into AWORK, you have to use your district and password. EX.

4. Main Screen
When you reach the main screen, click on “Submit Request”

5. Transportation Services
Click on “Transportation Services” then select what type of Request you need.

6. Complete the Form
Please complete the form with as much information as possible.
The date, route number, school and Facility are needed to handle a request. Missing information will delay resolution.

7. Overview All complaints and concerns will be directed to campuses.
All campuses will submit request for Transportation to assist in resolution.
Missing information will delay return time.
Video Requests have up to 3 Business Days to deliver.
Route Concerns have 5-7 business days
Complaints require investigation and are not limited to a deadline.
