3. Dead Ball Fouls Prior to the snap After the end of a play

Basic spot = succeeding spot
Includes all unsportsmanlike fouls and non-player fouls

6. Loose-Ball Play Definition
A loose-ball play is action during
A free kick or scrimmage kick other than post-scrimmage kick fouls.
