Task Group 7 seek WG conditional approval to start a WG Letter Ballot requesting approval to forward the P Draft D1 to Sponsor Ballot pending the completion and inclusion of remaining edits in the draft.  The Task Group has authorized the TG7 Editorial Review Committee, composed of Eun Tae Won and Richard Roberts, to determine what is complete.
