Task Group reviewed the current baseline document (15-05/0552r1) and technical requirement document (15-04/0655r0) and composed a list of topics to enhance the current baseline document (15-05/0557r0)
Task group approved (9-0-1) the issuance of a Call For Contributions to solicit further contributions

Discussion on whether or not some part of the current baseline document (high rate MAC enhancement) is in violation of the PAR
Discussion ensued regarding the procedural validity of the current baseline document
A confirmation vote for the current baseline document is expected at the November Plenary
