Standing restraint One arm controls head (fingers to shoulder)
One arm underneath abdomen (stomach) to keep dog standing Dog pulled close to your body

Sitting Restraint One arm controls head (fingers to shoulder)
One arm over top of dog Do not push down on dog Dog pulled close to your body

Lateral Recumbency – Dog lying down on its side
Grab all 4 legs and turn them away from you, make sure to protect the head so it does not slam down on table Place forearm over dogs neck while holding front legs Use back arm over hindquarters Keep your body close to animal
