Where you are living now? Rolla, Missouri
Degree/Major(s) earned: BSCE, University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, 1993; MECE, University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, 1996; and PhD in CE (Geotechnical Engineering), University of Missouri at Columbia, 2003.
Degree/Major(s) sought: PhD in GE (plans to graduate in summer of 2019)
Are you a full time student/What did you do last summer (internship, co-op, job), after graduation? Yes, full time graduate student. This past summer, and during the last 8 ½ years, I was the Chief of the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority.
What do you like do (job/spare time/hobbies/etc)? TA for GE5443. I also am studying the measurement of deformation and movement of rock slopes using point cloud data collected from terrestrial laser scanners. Hobbies include movies, reading, and traveling.
Interesting fact about yourself. Too many engineers in my immediate family.
