Incident Report Emails
It is now possible to incident report information directly from BasicSafe to both internal and external sources. Corporate administrators are required to create a list of acceptable recipients of these messages and a template for messages leaving the system.

There is now a new list feature for setting up the recipients and the templates

Incident Report Emails
The list feature allows corporate administrators to create a standard list of recipients. These can be both internal personnel, or external personnel (such as claims administrators)

Once a list of acceptable recipients is created, click the TEMPLATE SETUP to create a standard template for each incident type.

Select the incident type, and then ADD NEW TEMPLATE. Create as many templates as you like for each incident type, but only one can be active for each incident type.

Click the edit icon to edit a template that has been created.

Check the information you want in the report/template. Add a standard SUBJECT and MESSAGE that will be issued with each sent.

When creating or editing an incident there is now a button for sending the to people that can be chosen from the acceptable list of recipients.
