Permanent Administration
Supporting the recruitment process with administrative tasks Co-operating with recruiters, sourcing team, hiring managers and agencies Creating job vacancies in the system Approving roles in the system Advertising new positions on job boards Addressing questions from candidates, recruiters, agencies, hiring managers. Sourcing Sourcing is all the activity between demand for a new employee and welcoming him/her on board. Understanding the Hiring demand (type of searched employee) through Briefing with Hiring Manager Posting the job description to receive active candidates Sourcing for passive candidates on social media channels & job boards Screening candidates to verify whether they match the requirements Short listing (presenting candidates to the Hiring Manager) First there is: Managing Hiring Manager’s expectations F2F interviewing Providing feedback to the candidates (positive/negative) Presenting and negotiating offers to the Chosen Ones Finally closing the requisition in the AST Then on Recruiter’s side there is:

Contingent Workforce Solutions
can be employed by an Umbrella company, own Limited Company or recruitment agency short term contract (1-3-6 months) based on a daily or hourly pay rate lack of benefits characteristic for permanent employees (paid holiday, medical insurance etc.) Contractor/Temp (temporary worker) Onboarding: Conduct all pre-employment checks, issue contractor with contract, and ensure all required documents are received and verified before Contractor starts. Business Support Services (BSS): Helpdesk for Contractor & Supplier queries – predominantly payment queries. CWS Client Referral Team (CRT): Deal with end to end process for candidates who have been referred to us by the Client for particular roles.
