1. Thanksgiving : the mayflower
The Pilgrims wanted to purify the church of England , that was why their name was the Puritans

2. The trip
The pilgrims left from England. There were 102 passengers on the ship. During the winter the pilgrims stayed on the Mayflower. There were 53 survivors and ½ of the crew. They died because they didn’t have enough heating and they were very cold.

4. The arrival of the Pilgrims
The Pilgrims took beer, peas, butter, bacon, rice and shirts with them. They left in 1620 for the new world in America and the trip lasted two months.
