2 Dope Queens is my favorite podcast in my que right now because this podcast is hilarious! The whole duration of the podcast I am laughing. Phoebe and Jessica are the confident hosts of this podcast. Each podcasts contains special guest comedians that will have you laughing the whole time listening. The overall content of this podcast is pretty simple, hilarious comedy. Each podcast session is loaded with different comedians along with the host themselves, Phoebe and Jessica. The way Phoebe and Jessica host is enticing, their language is open and care-free. I believe the main intended audience would be young adults between

The Minimalists podcast is a self-help podcast where Joshua Fields Milburn and Ryan Nicodemus have the basic message to “discuss living a meaningful life with less.” I am attracted to this podcasts because the hosts speak of real world things and their views on how to be a minimalist in this world. Whether or not I fully agree with everything they say, they continue to make great arguments. I would say the general audience of this podcast would be young adults and up. This podcast is genuinely for people who want to make the most out of little and for people who want to find peace without being materialistic.

Guys We is a raunchy comedy podcast that prides themselves their basic message of being “THE ANTI SLUT-SHAMING PODCAST.” I am attracted to this podcast due to Connie and Krystyna’s care-free attitudes and the hilarious and scandalous stories that come from this podcast. Based on the content and language of this podcast, I would say the general audience is young adult-age 35. Although I will say that if you are uncomfortable with sexuality, this podcast is definitely not for you as the context of this podcast is literally all about guys Connie and Krystyna have As I said before, their care-free and open attitudes are what attract me.

Serial is a podcast that is hosted by Sarah Koenig that “unfolds one story – a true story – over the course of the whole season.” I only listened to season one of this podcast, but it had me engulfed the whole time. I followed the case even as the season of the podcast ended. So the message of this podcast is fairly simple, Sarah lays out all of the fact of a real-life criminal case. I would say the general audience for this podcast wouldn’t have an age limit, but the message and context of this podcast would generally only be appealing to people who love mysteries and solving mysteries. Sarah’s voice is so smooth, it is very easy to listen to this podcast. The music choices are kind of eerie, definitely the kind of music you would pair with law investigation television shows and such. Each podcast Sarah recaps what happened the podcast before. Overall, season one of Serial was intriguing.
