3. VISION & MISSION STATEMENT
ILD aspires to become one of the premier Institutions in promoting and facilitating skill development & training of human resources in the country for the growing needs of the Indian economy and industry
MISSION
ILD with its vision statement shall develop and execute various skill development & training programs for the core and sunrise industrial sector partnerships with the Government Agencies and reputed skill development institutions.

4. ABOUT ILD Established in 1992 as Institute of Labour Development (ILD)
Metamorphosed into Institute of Leadership Development in 2008 with the changing economic scenario
Campus of 33 acres at Jaipur
Has been conducting Training Programs in various soft & hard skill development areas
Has established itself as Centre of Eminence in skill development in the areas of Textiles, Solar Energy and Mid-Management Training

Soft Skills Development – Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Team Building, Negotiation Skills
Skill Development Training Programs under CSR – Rajasthan State Industrial & Investment Corporation (RIICO)
Capacity Building Programmes for Youth including school children, rural youth and NGOs.
Employment Linked Skilled Training Programme under DeenDayal Antyoday Yojna National Urban Livelihood Mission
Project Management & Contract Management Program for West Bengal State Electricity Development Corporation Ltd (WBSEDCL)
