2 UNCERTAINTY Fact of life: W/O that sports, movies, exams-No meaning.
Embrace as a friend helping evolve-Stronger, better person. Drop resistance: Relax, adapt to any situation. Give your best. Then life is adventure. Have good alternative contingency plans. Train yourself: Prayers, affirmations build confidence. Mantra: I love the way life evolves. I always love to do my best.

3 FAILURE Evolution of Individual/Organization: Through trials/failures.
Toddler walking, learning sports, studies, product dev-Trials must. You are not failure: Idea, preparation wisdom failed. With experience & hard work you can improve. Great Persons: Edison, Steve Jobbs, Jack Ma, Dravid, all failed before and after reaching greatness. How they dealt with it- Inspiration. Learn from failure-evolve stronger and wiser. Life boxing match w/o referee. Knocked Down, take time, get up. Never out. Incremental Research: less reward, less risk. Quality Research: High reward, high risk-Face failures undaunted. Mantra: I love to learn from success/failure, learn lessons, do my best.

4 After Failure: MIMP-Regain composure before taking future decisions.
Meditation/deep breathing help restore calm. Then pour out feelings & thoughts on paper/laptop. Removes venom of negativity. Then analyze causes of failure. Develop Habit of modular working & detailed documentation. Frequently share with supervisor. Helps mistake identification. Failure of an idea after working for months very painful. Giving up or continue decisions difficult if emotional. Turn to great wisdom within which knows best in every situation. Take advice from joyful persons.

5 Don’t question after bad results. We don’t know divine plan.
Gods and all greats also faced defeat in some battles. If ideas sufficient, some failures don’t matter. Success: Going from failure to failure w/o loss of enthusiasm-Churchil. Courage : Doesn’t always roar. Just a quiet voice which says let’s try again.
