3 Open Government Georgia’s Forum
As of today: Open Government Georgia’s Forum Operates under the Anti-Corruption Council of Georgia Operates according to its Terms of Reference (TOR) Is co-Chaired by Government and CSO representatives Meets Regularly Supports elaboration and implementation of the OGP Action Plan (AP) Monitors the AP implementation

Forum Organizational Structure Anti-corruption Council of Georgia Open Government Georgia’s Forum Co-chair representing civil society Co-chair representing the Govt. Open Government Georgia’s Secretariat Anti-corruption council of Georgia oversees the OGP Georgia processes (it is high level: ministers/deputy ministers) OGGF is a working level Govt. officials and CSOs + international organizations/donors working in the field. The MF in Georgia is the Open Government Forum, created by the Ministry of Justice and that has representatives from civil society, governmental and international organizations. It can call external experts to participate in the discussions. The Forum is chaired by two speakers, one from the government side and one form the civil society; they are elected by majority of votes and remain in that position during the implementation period of the NAP. The Forum Secretariat is in charge of convening meetings, defining the agenda, preparing the meeting’s minutes and preparing reports of the activities twice a year. Regular meetings are held monthly. The Forum rules state that the meetings calendars are to be drafted and published on the web page, that members have to be notified about the meeting’s agenda via and that the minutes should be posted at the Forum’s web page.
