The Self Install OBDII dongles are compatible with Class 1-4 vehicles, and some Class 5-7. The VIN will help us determine whether we need to upgrade the customer to a Pro Install device. If you are aware that your customer has vehicles in Class 5-8, they most likely will need Pro Install devices.
